More than
treatment.
We don't just treat pain — we help people understand it, manage it, and build their way back from it. Assessment, treatment, rehab and a clear plan forward.
Our approach
Treatment and rehab
combined.
The treatments side of The Core Club has grown from Dynamic Performance's rehab-focused coaching approach. The aim is not to offer a basic massage-style service or a quick temporary fix.
The treatment model is built around combining hands-on treatment, microcurrent therapy, movement assessment, rehab training and ongoing coaching — tailored to the individual, not generic.
Clients are not simply treated and sent away. They are assessed, treated, coached and given a clear plan to move forward. The goal is to help people reduce pain, improve movement, recover from injury and return to training, sport, work or daily life with more confidence.
How it works
The treatment
process.

01
Assess first
Understand what's actually going on
Before any treatment, the aim is to fully understand the problem. This includes looking at pain history, training background, injury history, movement limitations, strength deficits, posture, workload and what has already been tried.
- Pain and injury history
- Movement and strength assessment
- Training and lifestyle demands
- What has already been tried

02
Treat the problem
Targeted, not generic
Treatment may include microcurrent therapy, soft tissue work, mobility work and targeted pain-relief strategies — chosen specifically for each individual based on the initial assessment.
- Helps reduce pain and irritation
- Supports the body's natural recovery
- May improve tissue response
- Creates a better window for movement

03
Rebuild through movement
Bridge the gap between treatment and training
This is the major difference between The Core Club and a treatment-only service. After treatment, clients are guided into rehab exercises, strength work, mobility drills or movement strategies that help maintain progress made during the session.
- Rehab exercises and strength work
- Mobility and movement strategies
- Structured return-to-activity approach
- Build confidence in movement again

04
A clear plan forward
Leave knowing what to do next
Clients leave with a better understanding of what is going on and a clear plan for what to do next — not just reassurance that it will get better on its own.
- Home exercises and recovery advice
- Simple changes to training
- Follow-up recommendations
- Referral guidance where needed
Technology
Microcurrent
therapy.
A specialist tool used as part of a broader treatment and rehab approach — not a standalone cure.
What it is
Microcurrent therapy uses gentle electrical stimulation designed to interact with the nervous system and support the body's natural recovery response. It can be used as part of treatment for pain, irritation, soft tissue issues and recovery from injury.
How we use it
Microcurrent therapy allows us to combine treatment, pain modulation and rehab in one session — helping create a window where movement feels easier, more comfortable and more productive. It works best when combined with proper assessment, rehab and progressive movement.
What it can help with
Pain reduction, nervous system regulation, soft tissue recovery and supporting the body's natural healing processes. Used alongside hands-on treatment and movement coaching for a more complete result.
